Rates (2025)
Summer Period July 1st to Sept 4th
14 nights: $2,800 plus a damage deposit
* Summer period minimum two week rental
Fall Rentals if available:
$1,400 per week plus a damage deposit
1 To minimize Covid-19 exposure to you and us, we now have minimum 14 night rentals.
2 All reservations require a security damage deposit and the full rental amount at the time of booking. We will let you know the size of deposit at time of reservation based on the length of reservation. We turn away rental opportunities once you book so if you cancel we lose if it is not re-rented. If we can re-rent the cottage, we will refund your rental less a $100 admin fee.
3 The damage deposit will be refunded upon inspection of the cottage for damage and missing items after the rental period.

Things you need for your vacation at the cottage:
You need bedding for:
o 2 double beds
o 1 singe bed
o 2 fold down couches (sleeping bags work well)
You need bathroom items such as:
o towels
o toiletries
[ soaps and shampoos
o We provide toilet paper
Things you need Kitchen items such as:
o salt / pepper / spices
o condiments
o tea towels
o dish towel
o Naturally, your food, drinks
o Bring water…sink water is ok to wash dishes but I would not drink
Location
Things you need for outside
o life jackets for rowboat and peddle boat
o chairs for beach…we have a couple there too
o beach towels and water items
o if fishing need fishing license and rods
The kitchen has a microwave, coffee maker with filters and bean grinder, stove, fridge, toaster, pots, pans, dishes, mugs, cups, utensils etc
Outside is a BBQ you can use
Rowboat and peddle boat at the waterfront.
Housekeeping notes:
- your feet will become quite sandy so going in and out of the cottage and keeping sand out is easiest if you bring a small buck to keep water in at the front door so you can dip sandy feet and wash before going inside.
- There is a vacuum under the bed in the bedroom on the right
